Another round of construction

Several construction projects on the Loop that may cause traffic tie-ups:

• The connector ramp from the East Loop northbound to I-10 (East Freeway) east- and westbound will be closed from 9 a.m. tonight until 2 a.m. Wednesday. Alternate route: exit Wallisville and U-turn.
• Exit ramps from the East Loop northbound to the Port of Houston and Clinton Drive will also be closed from 9 p.m. tonight until 2 a.m. Wednesday.
• On the South Loop, the westbound entrance ramp from Central Avenue and the westbound exit ramp to Broadway will be closed from today through 3 p.m. Dec. 31. Alternate route: Highway 225 westbound to Broadway.
• Alternate lanes on the North Loop between Highway 59 and I-45 are closed until Friday.
• On the West Loop, the northbound entrance ramp from Woodway is closed until 3 p.m. Feb. 1. Detour to the Post Oak entrance ramp.
