Do you have nothing to do on Wednesday night? Do you have something to do on Wednesday night that’s as cool as hors d'oeuvres, live music and a screening of short films from Houston filmmakers? We didn’t think so.
Tomorrow night, the Southwest Alternate Media Project (SWAMP) will show a collection of short films shot by Houston filmmakers. The films include Ravennaside, which was filmed in an antebellum home in Natchez, Miss., before Hurricane Katrina devastated the area.
The event will be at Dean's Credit Clothing, 316 Main St. The schedule is:
- 8 p.m. – Mix, mingle & munch
- 8:30 p.m. - Short films screening
- 10 p.m. – DJ and dancing
You can go here to RSVP or call 713.522.8592, ext. 2.
