It appears that he got the negative quotes he wanted and rolled with it. I am certain that there are passengers that saw the situation differently. Unfortunately, the writer had an agenda and only gained the comments he needed to support his spin on the situation. I pray that others do not treat him the way he treated Mrs. Osteen in this article. It is an unforunate use of the power he has to influence. It is ironic that a publication that has a policy of "positivity" would allow such an attacking and negative article to be posted. Thank you for your time and attention in this matter.
