Cookie Monster, Oscar missing from Katy home

In Katy, two Sesame Street characters are missing.

It's believed vandals have kidnapped Cookie Monster and Oscar the Grouch from a front yard Christmas display. The owner is hoping the thieves will return them. He's also offering a reward for any information leading to their recovery.

First the snowglobe stabber, now this? Houstonist hopes these crooks are caught and boiled in their own pudding, etc. etc.
