Rockin' the tabla

If you can't get enough tabla — or if you're a fan of Latin rhythm, hip-hop, Indian beats and dance hall (and that should cover just about everyone) — close out the year with something interesting at Clarks tonight.

Jagjit Chadha, who trained himself on the tabla, has played with members of Sound Tribe Sector Nine, Animal Liberation Orchestra and String Cheese Incident. He'll bring his beats to Clarks along with DJ Suma and DJ Alx, both hosts on KPFT, and DJ R-Sin.

The show starts at 9 p.m., with $5 cover after 10 p.m. and drink specials all night.
