<description>&lt;p&gt;That&apos;s incredible news. July instead of December of this year! I was expecting 2008. Since I&apos;ve moved to Midtown I&apos;ve been commuting to the Galleria throughout this period of construction. What used to be a 15 minute commute is at least 20 minutes one way, and easily half an hour to 45 mins in the other. I look forward to the good old days before the standard traffic jam on 59 from Kirby/Shepherd all the way to the McGowen exit. Progress!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
