How about a drinky drink?

There’s nothing funnier than old educational films. Wait, yes there is — when you add beer. That’s why Houstonist is excited about “Drinky Drink”, a special event tomorrow night at Saint Arnold’s Brewery, which will feature several short films about the good and evil of alcohol.

The A/V Geeks will be showing vintage films like Alcohol is Dynamite, A Case for Beer, Alco Beat, and Curious Habits of Man for your pleasure, as you enjoy some local brew. If you always aspired to be a cast member of Mystery Science Theater 3000, here’s your chance — just be sure to snatch a front-row seat.

Fair warning: The place is small and hard to find, so arrive early. Also, even though the event is in the brewery room, they frown upon people siphoning beer from the brewery tank. We found that out the hard way.

“Drinky Drink”
St. Arnold's Brewery
