<description>&lt;p&gt;Dallas is #1, you know it, I know it &amp; so does everyone else. Our metro is larger AND here&apos;s the catch.........We took in several Katrina evacuees and our homicide rate didn&apos;t skyrocket like Houston&apos;s. New Orleans criminals basically took over Houston, ran people out their own neighborhoods.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
