Another fine example of great local talent is Scattered Pages. Their smart indie-pop landed them a record deal with Three Ring records. Expect an EP out this spring.

When Willie Nelson performs, it’s always special. More so this time – Willie is hosting the First Annual Hope and Harmony for Humanity fundraiser, benefiting the Native American Chamber of Commerce. Expect some friends to join him on the stage.

The Pat McGee Band has been on the verge of success for several years now. Still touring on the heels of 2004’s Save Me, the Virginia band will play downstairs at Fitz.

Saturday
What could probably be tabbed as the “emo tour of the year,” a triple-bill arrives at the Reliant Center in the form of radio darlings Fall Out Boy, All-American Rejects and Hawthorne Heights.
