<description>&lt;p&gt;Ah yes, I&apos;ve swerved and barely survived many a debris on the road from the innocuous plastic bag to paint cans and loveseats on the road. I can handle the tire blow-out debris, but a loveseat? How on earth is a society to function like this?

Seriously, I think us Houstonians should all recieve a medal. Or at least a t-shirt that says &quot;I survived 59&quot; or 10, or 45, or 290...depending on your commute.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;ve lived and driven in many places, and have never seen the sheer volume of crap rolling around the road and flying off of trucks that I see here in Houston. 

As for the law on uncovered loads, well, when I regularly see city vehicles (like public works trucks) spewing crap (dirt, gravel, etc.) out the back, I don&apos;t have high hopes for anyone bothering to enforce it. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
