Let It Be. . . Available!

apple 4.13.06.jpg The Beatles have finally agreed to start selling their music online and will shortly be joining the trend that is online music purchasing. According to Neil Aspinall the managing director of Apple Corps, who testified in the pending suit against Apple Computer, the company is in the process of digitally remastering the complete Beatles catalogue which would pave the way to sell the tracks online. Don't get too excited yet though, there is no firm date as to when the tracks would be made available for purchase or where you would be able to purchase them from. Apparently Apple, not the computer company, has a lot of projects that they are currently working on and are not in any rush to get this music out to the rest of us. What we are really impressed by is the fact that those who run Apple Corps have collectively agreed on something! Who would have ever thought that Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, John Lennon's widow Yoko Ono and the estate of George Harrison would ever collectively agree on the same thing? Baby steps our friends, baby steps - steps in the right direction!
