Lucky Strike signs with Houston Pavilions

041806_luckystrike.jpgThe future Houston Pavilions shopping and enrtertainment complex downtown has a new tenant: Lucky Strike, an upscale Hollywood-based bowling alley and bar. Lucky Strike will join anchor tenant House of Blues in the three-block development at Main and Dallas.

Lucky Strike's 24,800-square-foot Houston location will include 16 bowling lanes and a bar made from vintage bowling alley parts. There will also be a 90-seat restaurant, billiard tables and a private lounge for parties and events. Lucky Strike has locations in 13 cities across the country; the nearest ones are in Denver, St. Louis and Louisville.

Groundbreaking for Houston Pavilions is set for this summer; the project is espected to open late next year.
