Lithuanian police thought their breathalyzer device was broken when they recently pulled over a truck driver and found him to have a blood alcohol content 18 times the legal limit. 41-year-old Vidmantas Sungaila registered 7.27 grams per liter of alcohol, while the country's legal limit is 0.4 grams per liter. Apparently anything above 3.5 is lethal amd Mr. Sungaila should have been out cold, but alas, he was still driving — he must not have been at a bar where he TABC was regulating patrons.
