(Insert airport double entendre here)

061306_stewardess.jpgSo if you happened to visit the Houston Airport System's website yesterday, you would have been in for a surprise: For a few hours, visitors to the airport site were mysteriously redirected to an adult website.

The adults-only site is owned by a producer and talent scout for Playboy. Airport System officials say they have no idea how the switch happened: "Of course, we apologize to anyone who was inconvenienced," HAS spokeswoman Marlene McClinton told KPRC. "We are beginning an investigation to see exactly what happened technically." We have a guess: Someone in the HAS Web department was checking out some naughty sites at work and accidentally cut-and-pasted where they shouldn't have. Just a thought, not at all based on personal experience. Noooo sir.

McClinton said travelers shouldn't worry about the issue because the HAS site isn't connected to security data from the airports or personal data about any travelers. (In case you're wondering, this isn't the first case of accidental porn recently: Back in January, we had the health care customer service mix-up and the Better Business Bureau sex snafu. Unfortunately, we didn't experience any of 'em.)
