HISD Wants You!

Houston ISD is looking for new spit ball targets substitute teachers. It’s a job Houstonist has had in the past, and we can say that it’s rewarding. (Did that sound convincing?) If you’ve got a college degree, are fluent in English and would pass a criminal background check, stop by their job fair:

2 p.m. Friday, July 28
9 a.m. Saturday, July 29

And if that wasn’t exciting enough, HISD is also looking for (drum roll, please!) truck drivers! You must be at least 18 with a clean driving record. Oh, and no drug users, please:
