Houstonist Flickr Group Photo of the Day - So Fast He Was a Blur

We're big fans of Root Memorial Square. The idea is great, being able to play hoops right outside the Toyota Center.

The whole idea of the park, and this great moving shot of it, supports certain kinds of fantasies in which an agent is walking by and says "Amazing, kid, you're brilliant. Come join the Rockets!"

We only have one significant issues with the park, the fact that it always seems to be wet. Did anyone else notice this?
