Don't listen to what the AP has to say about "Dallas, Fort Worth and San Antonio"!  Three days earlier a Chron writer told us how not hot it is!

It's only been over 97° once (June 13).

That's true — it hasn't been that hot here yet. But "outside" covers a lot of ground.
