Katy Woman Might Have Had Boy's Baby

A Katy woman accused of having sex with a neighbor boy beginning when he was 11 years old is now thought by police to have had his baby. The woman, Dina Marie Blakley, 37, was recalled by neighbors in Katy's Creekstone subdivision as having had frequent fights with neighbors and having children always congregating at her house.

The victim, who is now 15, told a relative about the abuse early last month. The relationship began when Blakley would babysit the boy, the son of her best friend. The two famillies often trading babysitting duties, since Blakley herself was a mother of 2 children. (She now has three: ages 14, 4, and 18 months.) The victim came forward after Blakely told him her youngest child was his, according to investigators.

"He felt pressured by the overwhelming responsibillity of being a father. That's what made him come forward", said Sheriff's Seargent Dan Wolff.

CPS is investigating whether or not Blakley's children might have witnessed the abuse or been abused themselves. A DNA test on the youngest child will take place within the next two weeks. Blakley. who also uses the name Joan Davis, is being held at Harris County Jail. you can read her arrest warrant here.
