Good news for you old farmers ... or almanac lovers: The 2007 Old Farmer's Almanac is out on newsstands! If you're not familiar with the Almanac, it's been published since 1792 (and still has a hole punches in the corner so you can hang it in your outhouse — eww) and is a repository of folksy wisdom and long-range weather forecasts of questionable value. Piquing our interest in this year's edition are something totally odd: pizza personality indicators. That's right: They tell you what your pizza topping choices say about your personality. So you might want to stay away from meat, which means you're an irritable, argumentative procrastinator. On the other hand, veggie toppings indicate ideal parents. It's pretty interesting, and far tastier than tarot cards.
The Almanac also delves into other realms of life, including pick-up lines. According to the book, the best pick-up line is a simple "Hi." We're not so sure about that, but the Old Farmer never lies, right?
