Yom Kippur ended yesterday at sundown. We’re just now getting around to posting about the day because, well, we were enjoying our new year! If you noticed co-workers missing from the office yesterday, there’s a good chance they were in the temple of their choice for the holiest of the Jewish holidays, the Day of Atonement. (Or they could have just been playing hookey.)
And if you’re down with doing something that’s a mitzvah to start out the new year, Mitzvah Day 2006 is coming up!
