Dickens on the Strand is turning out to be a good source of photos this week. Here's a little background from the photog trying to explain what this great photo is of:
"From a festival that takes place each year in Galveston Tx. called "Dickens on the Strand". Each year the public is encouraged to dress in traditional garb dating back to the era of Charles Dickens "A Christmas Carol". The "Strand" is a historical street in Galveston."
We totally dig the pumas, way better than Oakleys.
