Andre Johnson a Bright Spot in Dim Texans Landscape

20061220_sun_thru_clouds.jpgHouston Texans Wide Receiver Andre Johnson is heading to the Pro Bowl for the second time in his four year career. This time around he has earned a starting spot with his stellar performance.

Amazingly, #80 has shown brilliance on the field as the offense continues to struggle as a unit. Johnson currently leads the league with 97 receptions - a personal best. He's also in sixth place overall in receiving yards and is on pace to set a new personal record. In fact, Johnson will have posted his best season yet by the time regular season play ends at Reliant Stadium on New Year's Eve Day.

Congratulations, Mr. Johnson! And, if it's not too much trouble, please win the Pro Bowl Skills Challenge so we don't have to listen to that other Mr. Johnson run his mouth.
