Friday Holiday Afternoon Videos: Christmas is the Time to Say I Love You

Greg from GregsOpinion.com submitted this classic 80’s Christmas tune. Recorded at the MTV studios in late 1981, when the cable station was just a few months old, Billy Squier joined the whole MTV crew (which probably included all 15 employees and their families, at that time) to record the song.

It’s a fun pop holiday song, and the video reminds us of the time when the M in MTV actually stood for music. Watching the video, we remembered how in love we were with Martha Quinn in our pre-adolescent years. Oh, Martha…

Check out the new Twisted Sister Christmas video on Greg's site. He beat us to it!

What? You expected me to quarantine Dee Snider???

I'm happy you posted it. I love the way the transitioned "We're Not Gonna Take It" into "O Come All Ye Faithful." It's perfect! Though rather strange. Good to see that Dee Snider can still pull off the transgender look.
