When a drugged out turd is standing 20 yards from an officer, the officer can use the taser without risking him/herself. Take the taser away, the only option left for a Houston patrol officer is the handgun. Plus, I'm sick of this incident at Walter's. I'm not saying the officer handled it perfectly. However, he was responding to a complaint, alone, at a bar full of typical anti-authority kids. "Why didn't he wait for back up?" In case you haven't heard, there's a shortage of officers in Houston.</p>
