With icy weather possibly on the way, we thought it would be appropriate to issue a little photographic adivsory on how to dress for cold and icy weather. If you have a coat like this, awesome. But since this is Houston, it's probably safe to assume you don't. Just think layers and make sure to keep your wrists warm.
