011707_rda.jpg"Design Gone Mainstream" Lecture Series: Suzanne Trocme

The Rice Design Alliance will be hosting their annual Spring Lecture Series on how companies like Target and Ikea have made design "mainstream." All lectures will be held in the Brown Auditorium at the MFAH. The series is kicked off tonight with Suzanne Trocme's lecture. Suzanne Trocme is the Special Projects Editor at Wallpaper, a magazine which presents a "design-conscious lifestyle" and is read by the general public.

Tickets for the entire series (which includes four Wednesday lectures, ending on February 7) range from $10 for students to $30 for the general public. Senior citizens and RDA and MFAH members also receive discounts. There are single tickets for each lecture available as well.
