There's a '50s office building there that has (or used to have) a T-shirt printing place, a UPS store, Nit Noi, a dry cleaners and some other stuff. Behind it, facing Dunstan, are a building that used to house a swing club and a Mexican restaurant (and now has a catering business, I think) and a couple other retail buildings.
