<description>&lt;p&gt;This is complete BS.  Not a lot of 17 year old, non drunk girls, have the integrity to refuse a breathalyzer because it is their right.  Being a teenager is about getting in trouble, not about having a high payed lawyer.  Although if I were here I would want one.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
