<description>&lt;p&gt;I doubt that red light cameras really prevent or increase accidents.   And even if they did one of those two results, how would you measure it?  Since the cameras don&apos;t affect everyone, and many don&apos;t even think about it, its a non-issue.

We all know this is just a way to increase city revenue.  Nothing more.  The next logical move is to attach cameras to the unmanned speed limit machines.  Is there really any difference?&lt;/p&gt;</description>
