Dog lovers are always looking for ways to evade responsibility for the attacks , noise pollution and environmental pollution they create by not cleaning up after or controlling their Animals. We need more dog laws requiring dog lovers to control their dogs not less. This " no dog lover responsibility- no dog control" law is a very bad idea.
