Dog Attacks Infant (Maybe)

A bizarre incident occurred last night in Webster. A mother awoke to her infant baby boy screaming and bleeding next to the family Daschund. When the 5-month 5-week old arrived at the hospital, it was in shock due to the massive blood loss and underwent several surgeries. The 25-year old mother claims that ferocious pup attacked the infant’s genitals, however a spokeswoman for Child Protection Services says, “Someone did this to this baby and according to doctors it couldn't have been the way the mama says it happened.” Although no charges have been filed, the CPS is investigating the incident with psychological evaluations of both parents. A hearing has been set for March 26th to determine the future custody of the child. Animal control has taken possession the family dog.
