Houston's Missed Connections: Stuck on Stupid

Houstonist was a bit disappointed that there weren't more Missed Connections from the rodeo to write about this week. We were hoping for something titled, "Hot Chick w/ TurkEE leg at Skeetball" or "What's hiding under that paper plate sized buckle?" Instead we were treated to misses from the usual locations: Taco Bell, Wal-Mart and Sherlock's. Notice a trend; we did, too. Missers and madames, please welcome Firehouse Saloon to that mix. A lot of action doesn't happen there, too.

The week seemed not so promising. But, we did enjoy posts from some web-or-net lyricists waxing poetic about a variety of MCs like a pot loving, gasoline sniffing, NPR fan. And, we got dosed with an MC for someone we once knew.

Then ho hum warmed up a bit as a holla back situation developed and continued throughout the week. Guess these ladies couldn't get booked on Springer so they're working it out like grown folks on the InterWeb.

First you drive your happy ass down to where I am spending a weekend to party..To see if he is with me..and NO!!!
Next you sit down at the end of the street to see if you can watch. Did you see anything??.....No, again.
Now here is my question...Are you stuck on stupid????

You know who I am and I know who you are...But to save any embaressment I will not mension any names. Now
You the woman..Are you really that insecure being with him??? Or do you think that there is a possibility that I may want him...Not in your wildest dreams..He is truly the best that you could ever get...However not good enough for me..
You the man- What in the world are you doing that would cause her to travel to wherever I am, to see if we are together..Or even sit down at the end of the street looking like a vulture after their prey???? Now really I do belive that you know Yes by all means I have and will always do better than you...I will not go over the reasons that we all know about..Remember that you have done the same things that I have done..Now both of you Grow the Hell up...Live your lives...and Leave me and My life alone...I now see why you are so jealous of me....I have taken the time to ............GROW UP
