Houstonist Shops: Frock Boutique Celebrates 2 Years
Ok, so at Houstonist, we are not exactly know as fashionistas (or fashionistos? for the fellas), but we do like to get our shop on every once in awhile. Like for example, on a Wednesday afternoon in April.
