<description>&lt;p&gt;My dad had an AE-1.  He taught me how to take pictures on it when I was seven.  I used to get folks to hold up a finger so that I could focus.  The scrapbook is full of family photos with at least one person holding up a finger.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;I also have an AE-1 - and I agree, it took amazing pictures!  I may have to go find mine as well, probably buried underneath a pile of CompactFlash cards and USB cables...&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;And AE-1&apos;s made great photos. AND, with a little training and equipment, you could even do all the developing yourself, rather than sending them away... Might go dig mine out of the closet just to feel that cold metal.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
