Houstonist Flickr Photo of the Day - jaywalking

Continuing with our black and white theme brings us to this image, jaywalking. We know it's illegal and people do it anyway, but come on, right in front of HPD? That's just not smart. According to the caption from this photo, "a fairly large group of people were waiting patiently for the light to turn, this guy just strolls on out and crosses anyway, disregarding the two bike cops on the other side of the street. they gave him a ticket."
