Tonight, Wade Wilson Art will host a benefit for Glasstire featuring a musical performance by Kanude - the new musical project of local musician Chris Knudson.

Under the setting of the current exhibition by artist Tomas Glass entitled "Subtle Consciousness," the performance will include songs where Glass has actually written lyrics set to Knudson's music.

Kanude and The Lawmen is the new musical project of Kingsvile-born, Houston-bred, song maestro Chris Knudson. This self-proclaimed "Americronica" is a new musical breed that brings together the best elements of Tin-Pan Alley songwriting, 1960s and 70s Country Rock, and the street mentality of Hip-Hop and Dance music genres.
