We heart many things about Rice University, but probably at the top of our list would be the Shepherd School of Music. As we told you back in February, The Rice School of Music is one of the city's best resources for FREE classical music. And you know we like FREE things. :-)

Tonight the Rice Chorale performs with director Thomas Jaber. The program includes mass movements from works by Bach, Argento, Schubert, and Gounod.

As always, the performace is open and free to the public. No tickets required. Just show up, and enjoy.

Upcoming performances include:
4/25 Jasper Quartet
4/26 Faculty Recital: A Little Bit in Love
4/27 Shepherd School Symphony Orchestra
4/28 Performing Arts Medicine Day
4/30 Faculty and Guest Artist Recital
--------
when: tonight, April 24th | 8pm
where: Rice University | Alice Pratt Brown Hall - 6100 S. Main
