Friday Afternoon Videos: On Call

Kings of Leon is a family affair. The Tennessee band consist of three brothers and a cousin. Formed in 2000, the Followill boys didn't take long to make an impression: their 2003 debut album was on many critic's year-end favorites and the band was asked to open up for U2 and others. In the late 90's, the only touring they did was to various religious tent revivals with their father, a Pentecostal preacher.

No doubt, one of the do-no-miss concerts in Houston this weekend is the Kings of Leon show. Doors open at 8 p.m. Saturday night at Warehouse Live, but if you don't have tickets, we suggest you try your luck on Craigslist, since the show is sold out. If you do get to go, we're sure you'll hear this song, the first single "On Call," along with others from their new CD Because of the Times.
