<description>&lt;p&gt;Those of us with swimming pools know this has been one of the coolest Springs in a very long time.  Last year we were swimming in our unheated pools in April, this year it wasn&apos;t above 80 in my pool until June and its only 84 now.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
