Marvin, I have sent you a letter in the past and you were more than willing to share information with me. I can't tell you what I feel about what is happening to you. Today at church I said a prayer for you and you will be in my thoughts and prayers. You are a very good person and you need to fight. Fight on, Marvin. I've always found him entertaining to watch, but nobody ca deny the good works he has used his job and celebrity to accomplish. Good golf, good tennis, beat cancer, and whatever makes you happy....

Marvin made national headlines in 1973 when he closed down The Chicken Ranch, near La Grange. This was the basis for the movie "Best Little Whorehouse in Texas". I have had the pleasure of dining with him at Los Tios, several years ago. He is a consummate gentleman. I hope he wins this battle.
