<description>&lt;p&gt;I just got stuck for about 40 minutes on the 59 northbound feeder at Newcastle last Saturday -- this is definitely a problem.  And at that crossing there wasn&apos;t even anything interesting to stare out the window at while I was sitting there.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
