Some of you may have seen the painful video of Houston star Beyonce Knowles slipping and falling down at a recent show in JamLando (that's for you, Dave).
During her performance of "Ring The Alarm" Knowles slipped on a second flight of stairs and tumbled down to the stage. Yet, being the consumate professional that she is, she hopped back up and continued the number, seemingly unscathed.
When the concert was over, Knowles asked fans to not post videos of the spill on the Internet, but one was released to a local news station.
So, considering we're not huge fans, we figured she wasn't talking about us.
