The MetroRail line should definitely run along this stretch of Richmond just so we could see how people board the train with their booty from Costco. I'd love to see someone get stuck in the doors carrying a 50-pack of toilet paper and 30 pounds of frozen chicken nuggets.

A costco in "downtown"... only in Houston. Wow! We definitely need more strip centers inside the loop so that we can be like Katy and Sugarland because those places are great.
