<description>&lt;p&gt;Many of the area residents are not opposed to the development, only the closing of the street. The developer is on record as stating they would build the project with or without the closing of Bolsover.  It is a logical fallacy for the mayor to imply that the closing of Bolsover is mandatory for people to be able to live in this kind of development. Around 85% of the residents are opposed to the closing of Bolsover, based on the response to the 2006 Public Works request for comments.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
