Dynamo Teach Soccer 101 - POSTPONED

UPDATE: Due to the massive amount of rainfall and flooding this event has been postponed until next Thursday, August 23rd.

The new date for Houston Dynamo’s First Annual Soccer 101 will be August 23rd at 6:30 P.M. Registration will begin at 5:30. After registration there will be a reception/networking session in the visiting team locker room. If participants choose, they will be able to take part in a training session on Robertson Stadium field and should dress accordingly in shorts and sneakers. In the event of heavy thunderstorms and rain the event will again be postponed for August 30th. Please call 713.276.7554 for answers to any additional questions.

Current RSVP’s for this list will be held however, we are not able to accept additional RSVP’s at this time.

In an effort to reach out to their female fanbase, the Houston Dynamo are having the 1st annual Soccer 101 event on Thursday August 16th at 6:30pm (RSVP required). The networking event is intended for women who are interested in learning more about the game and the Houston Dynamo. Refreshments will be provided. Casual Athletic attire is recommended.

Select Dynamo coaching staff and players will be on hand for the event along with notable female celebrities from around Houston. The invitation is open to all women (and children) – sorry guys - and will be a great opportunity to show that you know more than most men (in the U.S.) about soccer (if you don’t already)…it will also give you one more reason to watch David Beckham when if he comes to Houston in October.
