Well, Houstonist is not really talking about this, or this but The Aqua Velva - Houston's own B-52's cover band. Wait, wait - it gets better. The show is free (Yup - FREE - oh, how we love free!) and it all commences at 9:30 p.m., tomorrow, Thursday, September 6th, when the first of an anticipated two sets gets cranked up. Where? Sherlock's on West Gray (in what remains of the shopping center - do not get us started on that architectural travesty). Please be advised, if you have been living in your own Private Idado, the Sherlock's on West Gray is in the same space that the Laff Stop used to occupy, which is next to where the Chili's used to be. Hop in the Chrysler, that's as big as a whale and set sail - for Sherlock's tomorrow. You will not need jukebox money, you will need some drink money, though - those are not free.
