Snapstream Ships Beyond TV 4.7
Houstonist loves TV, we also love our iPods and iPhones. We just love technology. So we couldn't be more excited to bring you this bit of news from local software giants Snapstream. It's the release of Beyond TV 4.7 software with automatic iPod and iPhone syncing! What is this you ask? Let us break it down for you. It's PVR software that allows you to record your favorite TV shows, then sync them up with your iDevices. But it's also much more, the software also features Drive Pooling, Firefly Mobile, Community Recordings and it features an optional plug-in for DVD recording. If your little cable company supplied DVR isn't cutting it and you want to expand the way you use your PC, you must give this a shot. Oh, and if all this titillates you to no end, let it be known that you could help make the magic happen at Snapstream because they are also hiring for a Software Test Engineer.

Technology Rental Space
We've recently discovered RAC Houston, a computer lab and meeting room rental facility off of Dairy Ashford and Westheimer. With lab space for up to forty students, T1 connections, meeting rooms and video rental services this could be the place for your business technology teaching and training needs.
