<description>&lt;p&gt;yay for the Penguin Arms...it was built in 1950 and  designed by Arthur Moss.

According to the Houston Architectural Guide, it was apparently a take-off on a house in California designed by Harwell Hamilton Harris.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
