yay for the Penguin Arms...it was built in 1950 and designed by Arthur Moss. According to the Houston Architectural Guide, it was apparently a take-off on a house in California designed by Harwell Hamilton Harris.

yeah i pass by this on the way to work at Field of Greens - its dope
