No, Tina's not coming to town. But we do have a few invites for you to join a private party at the home of Nic Phillips. In advance of the premiere of its newest production, Babka, running November 8-18, 2007 at the Barnevelder Theater, you and a guest are cordially invited to come meet the artists, board, and staff of Suchu Dance, Houston's innovative and prolific modern dance group, now in its ninth season.

Enjoy complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres, cool dance video and photo projections, and a fanastic view of the Houston skyline at dusk, from the balcony of Nicholas Phillips' sleek, modern dwelling on the northwest edge of Downtown. All in attendance will also have a chance to win free tickets to the November performance.

Come get to know this fun, ambitious, and highly creative bunch of individuals, while giving them the pleasure of getting to know you. Dancing skills not required. Just a love of witnessing movement. :-)

Please send your name and name of your guest to heather@houstonarts.org to be added to the invite list. Attendance is limited.
