VLL - I unfortunately missed those guys. I always forget to plan ahead for these things. I saw Zadie Smith when she came and read last fall, though. She was so funny and unassuming - completely the opposite of what I had imagined. I just figured with the critical acclaim of "White Teeth", she'd be all up on her high horse, but nope, just a lovely lady.

That Sedaris is on your track. Eggers/Adichie should be pretty great, too. Inprint brings in such terrific writers. Did you see Michael Chabon, Jen Egan or Richard Powers, by any chance?

David Sedaris will be in Tucson on Wednesday - I'll be in Houston. On Thursday, I'll be in Tucson and Sedaris will be in Houston. It's like he's avoiding me or something! At least I'll be in town in the spring when there's the awesome duo of Dave Eggers AND Chimamanda Adichie.
